Coaching is intended to support your personal and spiritual growth, clarify your goals, and help you take action steps consistent with your faith and values. Coaching is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

All information shared in coaching sessions is kept private, with the exception of situations where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order).
